- Punch the relevant scope items and issue punch items for correction to the mine. Upon completion and sign-off of all punch items, the Clients Engineer shall formally accept the relevant scope items. If punch items categories 1 and 2 are still open, the acceptance certificate will be withheld until punch items are worked off.
- Review of the overall data pack for the relevant structure for completeness.
- The Clients Engineer shall review the red line drawing issued by the mine and correlate this back to the final inspection and acceptance of the scope item. If the red lines are poor and do not capture all the modifications, they will be returned for the mine to source all the updated data for incorporation into as-built drawings. Any changes are subject to Change Management procedures. Red line incorporation into the as-built drawings is excluded from this scope.
