Key Responsibilities:- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, concerns, and inquiries.
- Facilitate open communication between management and staff to foster a transparent work environment.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Collaborate with HR to address performance management and disciplinary issues effectively.
- Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, and best practices related to employee relations.
- Conduct training sessions on communication, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and employee contributions.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, preferably within the FMCG or supply chain industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to employee relations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
