What will you do
Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of business performance reporting.
Conduct trend, variance, and root-cause analysis across pricing, trade promotions, and sales performance.
Provide demand forecasting and supply chain planning support.
Deliver insights on customer profitability, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
Build predictive models to guide commercial strategy and category management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and promotions.
Present clear, visual, and impactful insights to senior leadership.
Mentor and guide junior analysts in data handling and visualization best practices.
What do you need
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
6 - 10 years of proven experience in data analytics.
Advanced skills in Power BI (DAX, data modeling), SQL, and Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and CRM tools.
Experience with Python, R, or SAS for statistical modeling (advantageous).
Strong understanding of FMCG sales, marketing, trade, and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
