Responsibilities- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to gather data and information for water and sanitation projects.
- Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for water supply, wastewater treatment, and sanitation infrastructure.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and cost estimates for project implementation.
- Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.
- Work closely with local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to promote community participation and ensure project sustainability.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate performance, and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Professional registration as a Civil Engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in water and sanitation engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the workshop, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of workshop management processes and procedures within the construction industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who will be responsible for the day to day running of the mechanical workshop and all plant and equipment, small plant and LDV's hired out.
Responsibilities- Responsible for budgets for the purchase of materials, fixings and fastenings and machine tools to ensure the progress of projects through the workshop
- Management of all operators and field service technicians
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and administrative staff in the construction industry.
- Oversee technicians' workload, performance, and work quality.
