The purpose of this role is to support the IT department in implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions within organizations. They are responsible for analysing business processes, conducting complexity analysis, identifying automation opportunities, and designing efficient workflows.
Duties & Responsibilities- Requirement Gathering: You work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements for automation. This involves identifying repetitive tasks, manual processes, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Process Analysis: You analyze existing company and Group business processes to determine their suitability for automation. You assess factors such as volume, frequency, complexity, and potential ROI (Return on Investment).
- Solution Design: Based on the requirements and process analysis, you design RPA solutions using appropriate tools and technologies. This includes defining workflows, logic, data handling, error handling, and integration points.
- Tool Selection: You evaluate different RPA platforms and tools to select the most suitable ones for specific automation tasks. This involves considering factors like scalability, compatibility, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.
- Development and Configuration: You either develop or configure RPA bots using selected tools. This may involve scripting, coding, or using visual workflow designers depending on the chosen platform.
- Testing: You conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfil business requirements. This includes unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing.
- Deployment: You oversee the deployment of RPA bots into production environments. This involves coordinating with IT teams to ensure proper setup, configuration, and security measures.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Once deployed, you monitor the performance of RPA bots and address any issues or errors that arise. You also perform regular maintenance tasks such as updating workflows, handling exceptions, and optimizing automation processes.
- Documentation and Training: You document RPA solutions, processes, and best practices for future reference. Additionally, you may provide training and support to business users or other team members on using and managing RPA tools.
- Continuous Improvement: You continuously seek opportunities to improve existing automation solutions and identify new areas for automation within the organization. This involves staying updated on latest RPA trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Overall, as an RPA Systems Analyst, your goal is to leverage automation technologies to streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and drive digital transformation within the organization.
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- BSc Software Engineering or relevant equivalent tertiary qualification complete
- 7+ years of IT work experience
- These include a few very specific IT skills:
- Practical knowledge of high-level programming languages
Knowledge and Skill
- At least 3 years in software development experience incl.
- Transforming business processes into automated solutions using workflow, SOA Integration frameworks & techniques, Web frameworks e.g. Angular will be beneficial

The Network Engineer's role is to support and secure infrastructure throughout the Concentrix EMEA enterprise. This includes planning,
installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all network and security hardware software and communication links and
involved in the next wave of security offerings. The Network Engineer will report to our Group Manager in Global Network.
Main Responsibilities:
- Positive contribution on knowledge transfer, investing extra time and energy to inspire in building more creative and higher performing team
- Network Support scope for EMEA locations on weekly time Monday to Friday, 24x7x365 support with regional on call monthly rotation
- Provide support framework for our teams and provide in-depth technical support on wide range of Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortigate hardware

- Design and implement new network and security related products and work with the Core Network team to understand the existing core
network, and to ensure new services are integrated correctly.
