We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, and PPC campaigns. You'll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple client accounts ensuring every campaign delivers measurable impact and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping) and continuously optimize for conversions and ROI.
- Implement and oversee SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and backlink development.
- Develop and manage PPC campaigns, ensuring budgets are allocated efficiently across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative execution with marketing objectives.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Oversee social media scheduling, content planning, and paid social campaigns across all major platforms.
- Manage sponsored content and influencer collaborations to boost brand reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics across platforms to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.
- Ensure all content reflects brand tone, voice, and objectives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI across all client accounts.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization for continuous improvement.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with Umedia's internal teams (creative, content, web development, and account management).
- Manage relationships with external partners or platforms when necessary.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Proven success in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, PPC management, and data analytics.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts or brands within an agency environment is essential.
Technical Skills
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Experience with SEO tools
- Skilled in social media management tools
- Knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms is advantageous.
Soft Skills

Role Overview:
As a
Digital Marketer
at Deploy, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our clients' digital marketing efforts. You'll work closely with our team and clients to bring strategies to life across websites, social media platforms, email marketing, and paid campaigns. This is a full-time, hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:Digital Strategy & Execution
- Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives. This will involve collaboration with the web developer, paid ads specialist, social media manager, graphic designer, and marketing coordinator.
- Contribute to content planning, posting schedules, and platform selection.
- Lead the execution of client digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on optimizing landing pages and user journeys to improve conversions.
- Assist in setting up and managing marketing automation flows via CRM platforms.
Social Media Management
- Develop and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, graphics) for various platforms while working alongside the graphic designer and social media manager.

Website, Hosting, SEO & Content Support
- Collaborate with the web team to ensure smooth integration of marketing content.
- Assist with website content updates and SEO best practices under the guidance of the lead web developer.
- Collaborate on content SEO and blogging initiatives while working alongside the web developer and copywriter.
- Support website hosting-related tasks where applicable.
- Track and analyze website performance as part of broader campaigns.
- Provide e-commerce support where applicable (e.g., product uploads, feed management, promotions).
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze digital marketing performance and provide insights and recommendations.
- Regularly update clients on progress and strategy adjustments.
Administrative & Project Support
- Keep digital marketing files and documentation organized.
- Support the team with project coordination as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Education: Tertiary Degree
- Experience: 2+ years
in a digital marketing (agency experience a plus). - Technical:
Familiarity with tools such as: - Social media management platforms & CRMs (e.g. Meta Business Suite).
- Paid ads platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Google Analytics).
- Basic WordPress knowledge, Canva, and marketing automation tools.
- Skills:
- Strong written communication and content creation skills.
