What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end financial management, ensuring policies, transactions, and procedures align to standards and strategy.

What You Bring

  • Registered CA(SA) with ~10 years’ post-qualification leadership experience in manufacturing finance.

  • Strong costing/management accounting capability and SYSPRO expertise.

  • Mastery of IFRS, tax, and regulatory reporting; proven stakeholder communication.

  • Hands-on, detail-orientated operator who can solve problems under pressure and improve processes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Reliable, timely financials and management information that enable confident executive decisions.

  • Tight cash, working capital, and cost control delivering improved margins and liquidity.

  • Accurate standard/product costing and ERP data integrity supporting pricing and profitability.

  • Robust policies, controls, and compliant supply chain practices with clean audits.

  • A trusted leadership presence that lifts team capability and cross-functional performance.

Rewards & Challenges
You’ll have broad impact and visibility, shaping strategy and systems end to end. Expect complexity—multiple stakeholders, stringent deadlines, and the rigour of manufacturing costing—balanced by the satisfaction of building a high-trust, high-performance finance function.
