We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Forex to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing FX accounts, possess excellent analytical and communication skills, and demonstrate a deep understanding of financial markets and trading strategies. This role requires the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional results in managing FX portfolios.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  2. Understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences, provide timely and accurate information on market trends, economic indicators, and currency movements.
  3. Assess and manage the risk associated with FX trading activities, including market risk, credit risk, and liquidity risk, implement risk mitigation strategies, such as stop-loss orders and hedging techniques, to protect client portfolios.
  4. Stay updated on regulatory developments and compliance requirements related to FX trading.
  5. Generate regular performance reports for clients, detailing portfolio performance, trade activity, and account balances, conduct post-trade analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of trading strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and portfolio performance.
  7. Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including sales, research, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  8. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall performance and achieve departmental goals.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in FX trading and account management.
  3. Proven track record of success with a transferable book of clients.
  4. Strong understanding of financial markets, currency pairs, and trading strategies.
  5. Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software (e.g., MetaTrader, Bloomberg).
  6. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred but not required.

The job in a nutshell

You’ll spend time on the following

  • Managing, measuring, and optimizing product marketing campaigns tailored to support sales efforts, and conversion from our free to our paid plans, as well as driving free plan signups and demo requests.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to implement and optimize product marketing workflows that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between marketing and sales activities.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to team members on creating sales-enablement materials and collateral to support the sales team in their interactions with prospects and customers, ensuring that messaging aligns with sales objectives and resonates with target audiences.
  • Being a technical expert and resource for the sales team, providing training and support to help sales representatives effectively communicate product value propositions.
