- Setting up, managing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns through DSPs such as DV360 or similar.

Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in programmatic advertising.
- Extensive experience in setting up and managing campaigns across multiple DSPs (e.g., DV360, Xandr, The Trade Desk, Adform).
- Experience with both branding and performance-driven campaigns.
- Knowledge of cookieless targeting, audience planning, attribution, and incrementality testing.
- Strong analytical skills and data proficiency (e.g., experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, BigQuery, etc.).
- A commercial mindset and the ability to clearly communicate complex topics.
- Experience in client-facing roles, including presentations and strategic reporting.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Bonus points if you also have
- Experience with DOOH, digital audio, or retail media networks.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., DV360, GA4, Google Ads).
- Familiarity with workflow automation and scripting (e.g., Google Ads Scripts, DV360 Macros, APIs).
- Experience with DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) tools like Google Studio, CAPE, Smartly.io, or Bannerflow.

As our Head of Advertising, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and performance of RocketDevs’ paid and digital advertising efforts across all channels — with a focus on measurable growth and sustainable ROI. You’ll work closely with the founders, growth, and creative teams to expand our reach, generate high-quality leads, and position RocketDevs as a top player in our space.
What You’ll Do
- Define and lead the overall advertising strategy across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and emerging platforms like Reddit, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Oversee campaign architecture — from full-funnel targeting to conversion — ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Direct creative development for ad campaigns: write strategic briefs, collaborate with designers, and refine messaging to maximize CTR and conversion rates.
- Analyze and interpret performance data to optimize budgets, scale winning campaigns, and eliminate waste.
- Identify and test new advertising channels, tools, and approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee tracking infrastructure — from pixels to GA4 to Conversion API — ensuring accurate attribution and actionable data.
- Lead and mentor any future advertising team members, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Report directly to the Head of Growth or Founder with strategic insights and forward-looking recommendations.
