DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Provide front desk reception duties for the office
- Answer and manage switchboard
- Receive and welcome on-site clients and visitors
- Send and receive emails
- Receive and send tax reminders
- Control tax records and relevant administration spreadsheets
- Prepping tax files for tax return submissions
- Any other administrative ad-hoc duties as required etc
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:-

- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word and Excel
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role
