Job Description
Worldwide Tax Solutions, a Tax and Accounting company based in Kloof, Durban has an opening for a Receptionist/Administration clerk.
Starting salary R11 500pm, increases are based on work performance. Office hours: 08h00 to 16h00 Monday to Friday.
Probation period: 12 months.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Provide front desk reception duties for the office
- Answer and manage switchboard
- Receive and welcome on-site clients and visitors
- Send and receive emails
- Receive and send tax reminders
- Control tax records and relevant administration spreadsheets
- Prepping tax files for tax return submissions
- Any other administrative ad-hoc duties as required etc
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:-
- Neat and professional appearance
- Well spoken
- Excellent phone mannerism
- Attention to detail and good customer service
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Outlook, MS Word and Excel
- At least 1 years experience in a similar role
- Willingness to travel locally and abroad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R11 500,00 - R12 500,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kloof, KwaZulu-Natal 3640: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
- Admin or tax: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
