To attend to any cash-related matter (e.g., walk-in customers, ATMs) while forming an accurate assessment of demand to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience and laid down requirements.

Proficiency in managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations is non-negotiable. A robust grasp of legal aspects pertaining to cash handling is mandatory. Furthermore, candidates are required to exhibit an in-depth knowledge of the functions performed by various departments within the branch structure.

Role Description
This is an onsite role, junior position for a Document Controller, based in Van Wyksdorp. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining all controlled QMS documents for the company. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and archiving documents, ensuring document accuracy, implementing document control procedures, reviewing documents prior to routing, routing documents on docusign or on hard copy, ensuring the availability of both soft and hard copy documents and assisting with audits.

We are looking for a dynamic Engineering & Maintenance Systems Officer to support and strengthen our Maintenance Department. Applicants must have a full university degree.
In a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, engineering and maintenance must be thoroughly documented. We are looking for someone to work closely with the departmental manager to document all maintenance activities, ensure that equipment qualifications and calibrations are up-to-date and documented, and that departmental work is thoroughly planned and managed. To achieve these outcomes the Engineering & Maintenance Systems Officer will work closely with various other departments including Processing, Cultivation and Quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Technical Systems:
Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and documentation. Ensure that maintenance and record-keeping are accurate and complete. Develop and maintain corrective maintenance response systems and records. Understand and manage critical assets (e.g., fertigation systems, and packaging equipment). Ensure all maintenance practices align with regulatory requirements and standards.
Engineering, Equipment Qualification and Calibration
: Ensure that User Requirement Specifications are drafted for all critical equipment; support the validation team in the Quality Department to undertake full equipment qualification processes; ensure all equipment calibrations are current.
Key Supplier and Service Relationships
: Assist in managing key relationships with suppliers and service providers (eg: Water Systems, Power Systems, HVAC etc).
Resource Management
: Manage the supply of tools, inputs and equipment housed in the site's well-resourced workshop, to ensure accurate stock management, responsible use of scarce resources and accountability among team members. Track departmental spending against budget.
Compliance and Coordination:
Collaborate with the Quality team to support regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Operational and Project Support:
Assist in managing daily maintenance operations across infrastructure, utilities and equipment. Lead or support infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations and facility expansions, ensuring timelines are budgets are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Full University Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field - Essential
- Experience in systems, facilities or technical project management.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to relocate full-time to Van Wyksdorp - Essential
- Exceptionally organised and independent with outstanding written communication, document management and troubleshooting ability.
