• Manage all sales orders in alignment with the 99%+ On Time In Full Target
• Promptly escalate and handle sales orders that cannot be fulfilled

Qualification and Experience

Plan and oversee all aspects of the day-to-day running of an allocated workshop and team.

1. Plan, prioritize, schedule and oversee maintenance duties according to best practices.
2. Regular communication with General Managers regarding requirements, planning and progress.
3. Increase the operational effectiveness, equipment availability and life cycle cost of machinery and equipment through preventative maintenance.
4. Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
5. Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and checklists for operators.
