About You:
  • National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (Completed)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ supervisory or management experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role is required.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ideally, the candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working with Syspro Inventory ERP or a similar inventory management system.
  • Experience in Industrial Relations (IR) would be beneficial
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide warehouse staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and operational processes.
  • Reliability and accountability to consistently meet deadlines and uphold safety standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations. Manage fleet scheduling, maintenance, and route planning. Administration & Reporting Monitor KPIs and prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control initiatives. Work closely with Head Office and other departments to ensure smooth operations. General Management Support sales and customer service teams when required. Oversee office and facility management at the distribution centre. Act as the point of accountability for all operational matters at the site. Desired Experience & Qualifications Experience in sales management, office management, general management or warehouse management ERP system proficiency (essential) and strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite). Excellent planning, organisational, and administrative skills. Strong leadership with the ability to enforce discipline fairly and consistently. High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to perform under pressure. Valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher). Tertiary qualification in logistics, supply chain, business management, or related field (advantageous).
