Brief Role Description

  • Ensure that the Maintenance Plan Contracts database is maintained accurately and kept in a sound state.
  • Provide support to the entire Dealer Network, CIC, and business partners relating to all AFP and EDP contract queries.
  • Ensure that all the AFP, EDP, and Roadside Assistance monies are recovered from Dealers.
  • Minimise the risk of payments outside the Maintenance Plan Contract obligation through proper auditing measures.
  • Strive to ensure that AFP and EDP are the industry leaders in the Maintenance Plan business in terms of offerings and coverage.
  • Ensure Dealer compliance to the Customer Mobility Policy by measuring performance against pre-determined budgets and vehicle targets, highlighting non-compliance to management regularly.

Duties

  • Perform quarterly pricing analysis of all non-standard maintenance & service plans.
  • Ensure that the approved prices are provided/uploaded into the SAP contracts system.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure the accuracy of service plan components for price setting.
  • Liaise with the communications specialist to ensure that dealers & key stakeholders are informed of pricing adjustments timeously.
  • Liaise with fleet customers/dealers on their Maintenance/service plan needs.
  • Highlight any pricing discrepancies to the supervisor as soon as discovered.
  • Calculate and draft customized fleet proposals for potential and current fleet customers.
  • Calculate & distribute the annual government (RT57) Maintenance & Service plan prices for the 3 brands.
  • Compile the monthly fund projection report and provide this information to the finance department.
  • Compile the non-standard contract sales reports and distribute daily/monthly to the 3 brands.
  • Assist in the reconciliation and administration of all monthly maintenance plan products.
  • Benchmark our product offering and pricing to ensure we are on or ahead of par in comparison to the competition.
  • Assist in various projects that enhance our product offering and footprint in the Maintenance & Service plan arena.

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma or B.Com degree in Accountancy & Business Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in costing/pricing analysis and price setting.
  • Sound knowledge of various costing & pricing techniques.

  • Requests and Order Management:

    • Receive orders for ready-mix concrete from customers, ensuring to include concrete specifications, quantities, and delivery locations, special instructions, etc.
    • Coordinate with the operational team ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders.

  • Dispatch and Routing:
