- Assess own performance through seeking timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate

Role Purpose
The Logicalis South Africa (LSA) Networks Team ensures smooth running of our customer’s network environments, maintaining LAN and WAN availability at a high level. This is achieved by performing routine maintenance and implementing best practices on routers, switches, access points, wireless LAN controllers, and firewalls.
As part of the Networks team, you will work on incidents, problems and changes, adhering to ITIL principles. You may support a 24/7 shift team on standby rotation and may work on a staggered shift schedule to cover offshore customers in different time zones. You will collaborate with Project, Transition, and Service Delivery management teams to assist in the smooth transition and acceptance of new customers and technologies into support.
