This is a permanent employment opportunity underpinned by 2 years of skills training programme that is specifically designed for development of future leaders.

Start date on the programme is 1st February 2026!
The Programme offers graduates a full rounded experience of our business including mentorship and coaching, and on the job training, all whilst earning a full salary and enjoying all the benefits of a full time employee. At the end of the 2 years you will transition into a destination role within the organization. Programme Requirements
- Must have less than 2 years working experience post studies.
- Must be 26 years old or younger.
- South African Citizen by Birth/Naturalizations, or permanent resident. However, citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt and Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
- Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
- Must have a minimum of a B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification (NQF 7).
- A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in the following areas only

2026 Vodacom Early Careers Programmes
Internship
The Vodacom Internship programme is a 12 month fixed term contract which provides workplace experience underpinned by a carefully designed training programme. It allows one to gain valuable work experience, explore career paths, networking with professionals in the field, while earning an income.
This programme is our pipeline into Vodacom Discover Graduate Programme or transition into permanent roles as opportunities arise. The applicants need to have completed at least their undergraduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2025. Start dates are 1 February and 1 March 2026.
The Vodacom Internship Programme aims to build a pipeline of skilled talent for the company’s core business areas while offering qualified, unemployed graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop key competencies in a fast-evolving digital, technical and telecommunication environment.
Programme Requirements

Summary :
Air Products South Africa is seeking a skilled and experienced PC & Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing all first-line support and service desk services for the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PCs, servers, and network infrastructure
- Mobile Devices Management & 3G/VPN Support.
- Responsible for 1st Line Security Support.
- Monitor network performance and security, and implement necessary updates and patches
- Collaborate with internal teams to determine IT requirements and design solutions
- Backup support for Senior Network/Server Engineers and Service Desk.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and policies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PC and network engineering
Requirements:
- Diploma in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Proven experience working as a PC & Network Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Experience withproviding support for Windows OS and MS Office suites, including Office 365
- Experience in administrative support for Windows Server (2008–2022), Active Directory, Exchange Online, Telephony and Cisco/Fortinet Networks
- Familiarity with network protocols, routing, and security
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in network or systems administration:
- A+ / N+ Certification is mandatory.
- Certification in MCSE / MS ITP is essential.
- ITIL Foundation Certification is advantageous.
