You will help deliver features for an Entersekt component team that builds solutions involving GSM channel and identity proofing components for authentication. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain GSM Channel and Identity Proofing solutions: Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for GSM channel and identity proofing components that are critical to Entersekt’s authentication systems.
  • Build secure, scalable systems: Deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable distributed systems using Golang on Linux or Java on Linux, ensuring the software meets high-availability and security requirements.
  • Cloud and Kubernetes management: Implement and maintain services in cloud-based environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm to ensure secure, efficient, and highly available deployments.
  • Collaborate in Agile teams: Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features in line with Entersekt’s fast-paced and iterative development processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers: Support the team lead in mentoring junior engineers, providing code reviews, guidance, and sharing best practices.

  • Design, track, and analyze experiments; document findings; conduct ablation studies; synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Participate in the ML reading group to enhance team knowledge of LLM training and infrastructure
About You
  • Strong software engineering skills; note that there are no pure research scientists at the company
  • Deep understanding of CS, AI, and LLM capabilities, including hardware and performance considerations
  • Curiosity about code generation and willingness to re-examine prior assumptions based on new discoveries
  • Ability to transform successful experiments into scalable features for the core product
  • Experience training and iterating on large neural networks in any domain is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools like Windsurf, Copilot, ChatGPT, etc., is a plus
