MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education level: Millwright Qualification
- At least 5 years work experience (post qualification)
- Experience with PLCs
- Ability to work shifts, overtime, and stand-by as and when required
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
- Maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on robots, PLCs, motors, hoists, conveyors, and other plant equipment
- Monitoring production equipment condition and make improvements
- Compiling reports on departmental activities and performance
- Ensuring relevant ISO (e.g. 14001, IATF16949 etc.) requirements are met
- Create/maintain maintenance schedules and work procedures/ processes (including preventative maintenance)
- Conduct training on new processes/product introduction
- Participation in corrective, preventive and improvement projects
- Implement kaizen and cost improvement activities
- Participate in quality improvement activities

+ Escalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.
+ Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes during ops handover
+ Compiles and maintains project administration (Time Capture and feedback to stakeholders)
+ Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization.
+ Expected to take leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice.
+ Performs any other related task as required.
