HR Operations Specialist (International)The HR Operations Specialist supports the HR Manager and develops initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture.
This role involves supporting HR plans and procedures aligned with KnowBe4’s goals, and assisting the HR Manager with daily HR issues by acting as a contact for managers and employees for HR policies and employee questions in their absence.
Responsibilities :- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes, including developing the employee handbook.
- Support the employee lifecycle with confidential and sensitive handling of onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, disputes, disciplinary actions, grievances, leaves, retirement, and redundancies.
- Help manage compliance regarding employee contracts, bonuses, pensions, and related matters.
- Handle leave requests and coordinate benefits administration with vendors.
- Manage logistical office needs, including supplies, vendor relations, and visitor greeting.
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires.
- Manage the office budget for culture and office-related expenses.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives to enhance company culture.
- Organize cross-functional events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with the US-based Culture team to align on cultural objectives.
- Support local diversity initiatives and other HR projects as needed.
- Experience in HR Operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with MacBooks is a plus.
- High confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
