Job Title : Flexographic Printing Supervisor

Hire Resolves client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Flexographic Printing Supervisor to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flexographic printing and experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flexographic printing department
  • Manage and lead a team of printing technicians and operators
  • Monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
  • Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the printing process
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during printing
  • Maintain and calibrate printing equipment as needed
  • Train new employees on printing techniques and equipment operation
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures in the printing department
  • Communicate with other departments to coordinate printing schedules and requirements

Requirements :

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Qualified Trade Tested
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a qualified Flexographic Operator will be advantageous.
  • Min 1-2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a production environment.
  • Good understanding of Training and Development
  • Problem Solving ability.
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a workplace.

Duties & Responsibilities
