FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT
1. Oversee the management of all fixed assets within the store.

3. Assist in resolving any variances that may arise from the fixed asset stock takes.
CASH CONTROL
1. Authorize daily cash-ups and banking.
2. Resolve any variances on the cash-ups.
3. Check manual cash sales and manual receipt books.
4. Petty cash analysis.
DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS
1. Schedule daily deliveries and collections.
2. Ensure that delivery vehicles are in good shape and undergo regular maintenance.
MARKETING
1. Implement monthly marketing plan.
2. Ensure the Display policy & procedure is adhered to.
3. Organize product promotions or use initiatives to promote sales and generate cash.
