About the Role :

As Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head Chef in leading a passionate brigade, ensuring consistent quality, creativity, and attention to detail in every plate. Minimum requirements :

• Grade 12
• Culinary qualification
• South African ID
• MUST be based in Johannesburg
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a SOUS CHEF within a similar environment
• MUST be ambitious, creative and well-presented
• Able to work shifts
• Able to work well under pressure
• Own reliable transport
• Clear criminal record

• Assist in menu planning and recipe development
• Supervise food preparation and kitchen operations

• Support inventory control and cost management
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a professional kitchen
