Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media content (text, images, video) across multiple platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and company goals.

Monitor campaign performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and ROI, and provide actionable insights for optimisation. People: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers / thought leaders, agencies, and thought leaders relevant to teg Group. Act as the primary liaison between influencers / thought leaders and the Group to provide guidance, feedback, and support. Collaborate with internal teams, amongst others the sales and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and consistency across various Group campaigns. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Groups marketing team. Technology: Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of influencer / thought leadership campaigns. Leverage digital tools to identify and vet potential influencers / thought leaders for campaigns. Stay up to date with advancements in influencer marketing platforms and technologies to enhance campaign execution. Ensure seamless integration of influencer / thought leadership campaigns across the Groups digital channels.
