Purpose of Job
To participate in and complete the Learnership programme for the designated field of expertise.
ProgrammeThe 12-month programme will offer a theoretical element aligned to an NQF Learnership programme and practical on site work experience to improve entry-level learners' skills and workplace performance. It provides foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business principles.
It is suitable for Grade 12 qualified persons to develop essential professional skills. Learners will provide administrative support during the practical component to improve the effectiveness of managers and the departments in general as work readiness preparation.
The theoretical component will cover: Entrepreneurship, Business Operations, Customer Service, Business Accounting, Maths Literacy, Communication skills and Computer Skills.
Additional Exposure- Learners will be exposed to providing learner support, conducting awareness presentations, conducting research and track client’s progress towards individual goals.
- Event Coordination with Service Providers and Site Contacts.
- Communication Facilitation between employees services providers, and the Well-being team, and Keeping employees informed about upcoming well-being initiatives, events, and available resources.

- Matric/ Grade 12
- Bachelor's degree advantageous (Preferably in Psychology)

The Instrument Technician/Mechanician position is to install, perform preventative maintenance according to schedules, attend to breakdowns and to monitor the performance of all instrumentation and meters. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Maintenance on all pipeline instrumentation
- Monitoring and reporting on instrumentation status
- Analyse and report on billing, SCADA and UAG data
- Assist clusters with UAG related decision making
- Assist billing department with billing corrections and investigations
- Assist and train instrument apprentices
- Assist in issuing meter spares from meter store
- Perform meter sizing
- Metering station investigations
- Assist in maintaining and developing SCADA system
Qualifications
- Instrument Mechanician Trade
- Diploma or B-tech will be an advantage
Skills

OverviewA client of ours who operates internationally is looking for a Sales Manager to develop, support, and implement growth strategies to meet or exceed booking targets within a defined sales territory. The role involves close engagement with customers and collaboration with the local sales organization, represented by Local Business Partners, to ensure effective execution. Responsibilities include driving sales and business development for Digital Valve Controllers and Connected Services solutions, along with monthly IBU SOP and bookings forecast reporting. The Sales Manager will focus on growing KOB3 business through Digital Valve Services and strengthening Flow Controls base business by leveraging the technical differentiation of the Instrumentation Business Unit. The role also includes leading KOB1 and KOB2 project pursuits in partnership with LBPs across the South and Southern Africa territory.
Responsibilities- Lead the Flow Controls Business Unit for sales and business development across solutions, products, and services
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives for the Installed Base Unit (IBU) and oversee new product launches across the SEA region
- Consistently meet or exceed financial targets for the designated territory, aligning with the Flow Controls MEA business plan
- Lead Key Opportunity Business (KOB1 and KOB2) project pursuits
- Spearhead Connected Services initiatives within Digital Valve Services by leveraging sales intelligence, market research, and competitive analysis, while collaborating across client business units
- Formulate and execute a targeted strategy for the SEA region focused on instrumentation growth in niche applications
- Develop, support, and collaborate with local sales representatives, providing direction and mentorship to drive performance
