Job Description:

- Relevant Business Degree
- 15 Years banking experience
- Leadership experience is preferred
- FAIS role requiring RE5 certification and a relevant business degree

Duties & Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and manage a team of field-based sales agents across multiple regions.

- BSc (Agric) Animal Science or related qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition and the animal feed industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a marketing or sales leadership role, preferably within agriculture or animal feed.
- Proven experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.

The Role
As theSales Operations Director, you will lead the strategy, systems, and processes that drive sales productivity and performance. You’ll be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from pipeline management and forecasting to territory planning and performance analytics. - Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align GTM strategies and lead management processes.

Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles inSaaS or Fintech .
- Strong understanding ofB2B sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
- Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence sales teams and leadership.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
- Stronganalytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience withdata analysis and modelling.
- Experience working withSalesforce, Microsoft PowerBI, Gong or similar sales and reporting tools would be an advantage.
