Our national client, operating in the retail space, is seeking to employ an experienced Retail Sales Consultant for one of their stores, in the Greenstone Shopping Centre in Edenvale, Gauteng.

Requirements:
- Must have a Grade 12.
- Experience – Minimum 3 years Sales experience in the Retail Industry.
Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:
Knowledge of the Product:
- Ensure that the staff, including yourself, is knowledgeable regarding all the products that we sell.
- Go above and beyond to meet the customers’ expectations or requirements.
- Ensure customers are well taken care of while they interact with the brand/company/employees.
- Meet the sales targets/budgets set for the store.
- Add on Sales, Complementary products, and Up-Selling.
- Attract customers into the retail store.
- Ensure all marketing material is displayed properly, kept in good shape, and taken down after promotions.
- Perform various administration duties as part of the cashier and sales function, including cash ups.
- Keep the shop and cashier counter neat and tidy at all times.
- Adhere to safety and security requirements as identified by centre management.
