Key Performance Areas:
Implement the HSE elements of the Business Operating System (BOS):
• Utilize the Company Business Operating System (BOS) to promote and maintain HSE compliance onsite as well and ensure compliance with all legislative standards and regulations < r>• Assess and approve contractor health and safety documentation and assist with guiding contractors where required < r>• Assist with drafting and implements task specific risk management documentation < r>• Implement project specific emergency preparedness plans and reviews effectiveness < r>• Conduct site inductions and assist with relevant training requirements < r>• Contribute to maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification < r>• Collate inspection check lists and ensures they are completed by appointed persons < r>• Case manage all incidents, provide First Aid where required and compile necessary reports < r>• Record and report on all HSE-related matters and oversees HSE-related document control < r>• Maintain non-conformance registers < r>• Assist with site shut-down procedure < r>Support site team and department in maintaining HSE compliance and ensure professional development:
• Act as an expert advisor on HSE related matters < r>• Ensure compliance with client specification and system requirements < r>• Assist the site team with HSE planning and advise accordingly < r>• Provide internal training where required < r>Assist with providing competitive advantage through improved efficiencies and reduced costs:
• Provide input into project resource management and pricing < r>• Manage change and risk to remain within budget < r>• Mitigate risk and realise opportunities < r>• Track penalties and contra charge costs < r>• Drive down incident rates and associated costs < r>Customer service:
