  7. Quarterly re-evaluation of bin-allocation.
  8. Cold Chain controls during receiving and put-away process.
4. Stock Take

It is the responsibility of the Replenishing and Warehouse Supervisor to manage and coordinate all facets of the stock take pertaining to Receiving, Credits, Warehouse and shelves in the Dispensing area. All needs to be co-ordinated and managed according to Provincial guidelines. The Replenishing and Warehouse Supervisor will form part of the planning and execution as per action lists provided by the Input Manager.

5. Ensuring the Housekeeping

  1. Complete all ad hoc tasks that are given ensuring that it is completed in the time requirement that was given.

Sending of members to assist in department where assistance is required.

7. People Management
  1. Optimisation of working hours and appropriate management of overtime.
  2. SOP: Training and assessments done within agreed timelines.
  3. Probation assessments with newly appointed employees.
  4. Appropriate mechanisms in place to monitor staff productivity, attendance, leave and timekeeping (Eco-Time; ESS).
  5. Staff training needs identified and training provided continuously and timeously (appropriate training material prepared as required).
  6. Staff development: Development plans designed and implemented. Outcomes reviewed continuously and adjusted accordingly.
  7. Conflict management and appropriate levels of discipline maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:
