Role OverviewWe are continuously seeking skilled QA Specialiststo join our talent pool for future opportunities. By submitting your details, you’ll be pre-vetted for roles where you can ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. Whether you’re a QA Tester, QA Engineer, QA Analyst, or SDET, your expertise will play a critical role in delivering exceptional digital products.
Key Responsibilities- QA Testers: Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- QA Engineers: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium ,Cypress , or Playwright .
- QA Analysts: Analyze requirements, create test plans, and document test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- SDETs (Software Development Engineers in Test): Build and maintain robust testing frameworks, tools, and infrastructure to support continuous testing.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and load testing to validate software quality.
- Report and track defects, and work with teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience in a QA role (Tester, Engineer, Analyst, or SDET).
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JIRA, TestRail).
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# for automation (SDETs).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are an advantage.
- Capable of contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
