Job Summary
The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for processing customer orders in the Oracle ERP system and supporting Sales Representatives with quotes and order updates. Acts as a key contact for customers, providing accurate information on orders, returns, and shipping. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure high service standards and assists in preparing RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses.
