TenacIT Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Delivery and Project Manager to coordinate in-house and outsourced projects. The Service Delivery Manager will be expected to complete the sales cycle upon handover from the Business Developer(s) by overseeing project deliverables and establishing SLA structures for long-term clients.
They will work with the Business Developer(s) and department managers/team leads to oversee and ensure project deliverables. Furthermore, they will be expected to manage the communication of the project scope and deliverables to the technical team and to drive deadline goals around project deliverables. Another key responsibility, in addition to special projects, but also relating to general service delivery, will be facilitating clear lines of communication between technicians and clients.
