Reporting Line: Project Delivery Executive Key Responsibilities: Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets. Resource Allocation : Allocate resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to support project execution and ensure optimal utilization. Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed. We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to take charge of client projects, ensuring they run smoothly and exceed expectations.

Working Hours

Mondays - Fridays, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time

Role Summary

As a Project Manager at Growmodo, your mission is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the key to building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice in design, tech, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery, managing budgets, and adapting to changes in scope.
  • Strategic Advice: Understand client needs and offer strategic guidance in design, technology, and marketing to add value.
  • Communication: Communicate complex ideas clearly to both clients and team members, ensuring everyone is aligned.
  • Customer Retention: Deliver a WOW experience to clients, exceeding their expectations and fostering positive, long-lasting relationships.
  • Customer Expansion: Encourage clients to explore additional services and upgrade their accounts, contributing to their success and account growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Must-Haves
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in project management, customer success, or other customer-facing roles, in a design, tech, or marketing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, design, and development concepts, with excellent organizational, time, and budget management, and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to manage stress, adapt to changing project scopes gracefully, and take responsibility for outcomes.
  • Leadership: A proactive problem-solver and a team player who builds strong customer and team relationships.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Airtable.
  • Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
  • Agile and SCRUM Methodologies: Proven ability to work with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, to manage projects efficiently.
