- Lead technical reviews (including PDR, CDR, PRR, QRR, and First Article Inspection)
- Perform system FMEA
- Manage safety, reliability, and logistics aspects relating to the product
- Ensure proper baseline documentation and configuration management
- Produce system-level test, verification, and qualification plans and oversee performance

Qualification:
- Bachelor or higher Engineering Degree
Required Experience:
- 10 years or more Engineering experience in a military product development environment
- 3 years or more Systems Engineering experience in a military product development environment
- System Engineering of at least 1 system development project throughout the lifecycle of the system from requirements management to design to verification and qualification to providing data packs and technical support for production and product support teams
- Practical knowledge of requirements management including experience working with stakeholders (internal and external) to elicit, analyze, and negotiate requirements
- Experience in requirements management and the application of Validation and Verification traceability
- Experience in Opto-Electronic systems (e.g., DTV cameras or Infrared cameras)
