Responsibilities- Stock Procurement
- Procurement conducted according to written SOPs, company policies and comply with GPP
- Orders placed immediately on instruction from line manager
- Prepare and raise purchase orders for chronic, special meds and oncology department
- Analyse stock levels
- Creating of new barcodes on the Medipost App System
- Block/Unblock stock items when items are out of stock or back in stock
- Update out of stock list on the M-drive
- Act as an intermediary between other relevant departments on purchasing processes
- Ensure outstanding orders are followed up continuously
- Ensure buy-outs from alternate wholesalers are done whenever there is no stock or a delivery will be late
- Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
- Place purchase orders for the items required in the to-follow area
- Customer Service
- Good collaboration with colleagues and management (internal customers) and suppliers (external customers)
- Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
- Problems identified and escalated through relevant channels

- Liaise with Order Processing regarding the timelines for the arrival of stock

1. Stock Procurement- All processes in the procurement department are conducted according to written SOPs, company policies, and comply with GWDP, GPP.
- Maintain an SLA of 95% across the 0, with a stretch target of 97%.
- Accurate forecasting based on sales history and trends.
- Procurement cycles set up taking into account the lead-times until deliveries.
- Customer back orders are minimized through efficient and cost-effective stock-holding.
- Supplier orders followed up immediately in case of possible delays (credit limits, account on hold, etc).
- Supplier orders followed up within 24 hours after the expected delivery date.
- Customers’ back orders prioritized and followed up immediately, with feedback given to the customer care department.
- Out-of-stock report kept up-to-date and communicated to the customer care department.

Training Required:
