ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Centurion. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and working with cost management. Daily tasks include analyzing procurement needs, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. You will collaborate with other departments as projects progress.
Qualifications- Experience in managing Purchase Orders and Procurement tasks
- Skills in Supplier Evaluation, materials, finishes and hardware in the manufacturing, joinery and design industry
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing, joinery and design industry for a few years

Position OverviewProvide procurement and regulatory support services to ensure effective contracting throughout the entire procurement chain of large-scale infrastructure projects and programmes.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Supply Chain Management or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or similar qualification.
- At least 8 years of experience with large-scale infrastructure procurement projects, with a proven track record of successful large commercial deals.
- In-depth knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, Treasury Regulations, and other SCM policies and procedures.
- Strong commitment to good corporate governance.
- Knowledge of supply chain disciplines, public sector and regulatory environment, and international best practices in government infrastructure procurement.
- Understanding of legislation relevant to banking operations (e.g., Banks Act, NCA, FICA, FAIS, Reserve Bank Act, Competition Act, POPIA).

Supply Chain Analyst required for an automotive company based in East London
Purpose:
To provide critical support for the Supply Chain & Operations functions by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on key data and processes.
The Supply Chain Analyst is also responsible for gathering data, analyzing trends and reporting the performance for various activities in the SCM department.
Requirements:
- Minimum tertiary qualification / technical diploma and/or specific training in Supply Chain Management. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within field of expertise
- Knowledge and working experience with QAD or MFG Pro is beneficial
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous
- Must possess excellent communications skills and can work effectively with all other functional groups throughout the organization.
- Accurate Document Control
- Able to process time sensitive information and orders to meet deadlines
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and generate presentations when required
