- Manage contract signatures and maintain accurate records in contract repositories.
- Set up suppliers in procurement systems and determine the appropriate buying channels (e.g., catalogs, Buy on Contract, Ariba Network).
- Promote adoption of negotiated contracts and monitor usage.
- Maintain and update preferred supplier lists.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across the business.
- Collect and manage feedback on category performance and supplier delivery.
- Organise value-driven sessions with internal customers.
- Liaise across departments (Procurement, Legal, Operations, Category Teams) to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.

- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a strategic procurement role, ideally in the FMCG industry
- Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Business Administration or other relevant qualification with a proven long-term experience on the job

- Solid understanding of category management and state of the art “source-to-contract” procurement processes
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point skills

Overview:
