Digital Media and PPC is a high-growth industry both in South Africa and internationally. Search Marketing is the largest part of digital marketing and is central to most digital strategies.

As a Campaign Manager, you will manage clients’ digital media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter (X). 

The work requires strategic and analytical thinking and a high attention to detail and accuracy. Campaign Managers need to be highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, a solid work ethic, display initiative, quick thinking, and an aptitude for fast learning. Most of all, they have a passion for Digital Marketing and a hunger to learn about its ever-changing landscape.

Roles
Assist Campaign Managers in:

  • Set up and manage online advertising campaigns, set up analytics, and perform in-depth reporting on platforms including Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter (X) 
  • Reporting and analysis: Assist in tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for optimising future campaigns.
  • Monitor client budget, keyword performance, and success daily as measured by the campaign goals.
  • Market research: Research industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to provide insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Attending client briefings and meetings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3-year diploma or NQF Level 6 qualification.
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Passion for Digital Marketing and a desire to specialise in Paid Media.
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Collaborative team player

Internship:

  • This is a 12-month program starting in January 2026 in Plumstead, Cape Town. It will be a hybrid internship. 
  • We offer comprehensive training and the chance to earn all Google Ads and Facebook certifications. 
  • There will be quarterly salary reviews with performance-based increases.
