They seek experienced Machine Operators with Electrical /Mechanical qualifications, who will be responsible to oversee machinery and various machine work processes in order to create the Company's signature medical products. The person should follow product specifications and schematic workups to make products into a practical reality and check products for optimum quality assurance. They are also responsible to diagnose and repair any mechanical problems or faulty tools to ensure that equipment always runs safely and efficiently. • Follow all SAFETY rules and procedures.

• Grind external or cylindrical tapered surfaces.
• Read and interpret drawings, and blueprints.
• Determine product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be ground.
• Collect and assemble required products.
• Determine grinding speeds, feed rates, holding fixtures, and grinding wheels to be used.

The EBM Machine Operator reports to the Shift Leader. The purpose of this position is to supervise machines and equipment, ensuring the final product meets the required quality standards, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Runs machine and equipment to ensure quality and conformity of final products
• Monitors and restores automatic controlling devices (e.g. tray former, palletizer, leak tester, etc.), recording outcomes and timely informing the technical department in case of need
• Collaborates in technical operations (e.g. color changes, mold changes; blade, equipment and line cleaning; assisting in line set-up)
• Packs finished goods using appropriate material (e.g.: boxes, trays, bags etc.), stacks, loads and labels pallets for stocking in warehouse
