Position: Medical Sales Representative

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote and sell the company's medical equipment, devices, and consumables to healthcare professionals, laboratories, and relevant institutions.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring clear understanding of medical device features and benefits.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, laboratories, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients to generate sales and meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations in line with customer needs.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports in the CRM system.
- Ensure administrative accuracy in order processing, sales documentation, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, and logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide after-sales support, including product training and technical troubleshooting when required.
- Utilize computer literacy skills for reporting, presentations, and communication with clients and the internal team.
- Apply medical or dental laboratory training to effectively understand and address client requirements.
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience (or more) in medical device sales.
- Background in nursing, dental, or laboratory technology is advantageous.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Computer literate and able to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Strong self-motivation, organization, and time management skills.
