Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Three to five years' experience in digital marketing, with expertise in social media platforms and content creation.

We are seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our in-house team and work closely with the CEO. This role combines strategy with execution. You will turn business goals into actionable campaigns that drive measurable lead generation and growth.
You will manage a team that includes a Digital Marketing Specialist, Videographer/Editor, Designer, Web Developer, and Social Media Manager. The right candidate thrives on guiding the team while also rolling up their sleeves, stepping into design, content, or campaign execution when timelines or priorities demand.
This is a full-time, in-office leadership position, Monday to Friday (11:30 AM - 8:30 PM).
Position Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the marketing team with clear goals and accountability.
- Partner with the CEO to align marketing strategies with company objectives.
- Provide guidance and direct support to staff, including hands-on execution when required.
· Lead Generation & Performance
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (paid social, search, content, web, etc.) to deliver quality leads.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize for ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to improve conversion tracking.
· Campaign Execution
- Review paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn).
- Ensure video, design, web, and social media outputs meet brand and conversion standards.
- Provide hands-on support across disciplines when needed, including design, content creation, campaign setup, and creative direction.
· Reporting & Budgeting
- Consolidate performance data into actionable reports for leadership.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective ROI.
- Negotiate with vendors and track spend against plan.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing management with expertise in digital channels, lead generation, and multi-disciplinary team leadership.
- Proven success driving high-quality leads and lowering acquisition costs across multiple industries.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, ad dashboards).
- Strong skills in SEO, funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, and campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for design and creative oversight.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
