This role focuses on managing external agencies, coordinating with content creators, reporting results, and operating independently within timeframes and budgets. It is not focused on creative copywriting or direct content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development and Coordination: develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives; coordinate with external marketing agencies to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, SEO); analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
  • Agency and Vendor Management: identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable external agencies and freelance content creators; negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms; oversee agency deliverables to maintain brand consistency and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Channel Management: oversee social media marketing efforts executed by external teams, manage email marketing campaigns created by external partners, and implement and manage SEO strategies with third-party specialists.
  • Analytics and Reporting: track KPIs and ROI; provide regular performance reports and data-driven recommendations; operate independently to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: work with internal teams (product development and sales) to align marketing with business goals; act as the central point of contact between the company and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
  • Mandatory: Previous experience in the financial services industry, preferably fintech or card payment services.
  • Ability to operate independently, set priorities, and own projects from start to finish.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with and manage external marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Expertise in evaluating and hiring freelance content creators and copywriters as needed.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and pricing with external partners.

This is a remote position. We are a fast-paced telecom company looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager & Project Manager to lead our marketing efforts and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Execution

  • Write scripts and plan creative video campaigns
  • Work with a video editor to bring content to life

Project Coordination & Workflow Management
  • Use ClickUp to manage and track all marketing tasks

We are a fast-paced telecom company looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager & Project Manager to lead our marketing efforts and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects. You will own and execute the company’s marketing strategy while coordinating the work of multiple team members including our Paid Ads Specialist, designers, tech team, and video editors using ClickUp.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Execution
  • Manage social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule content in collaboration with the graphic designer
  • Write scripts and plan creative video campaigns
  • Work with a video editor to bring content to life
  • Engage community members via our Facebook Group
  • Coordinate blog content and publish posts in WordPress
  • Write and help send regular email marketing campaigns
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
  • Use ClickUp to manage and track all marketing tasks

Marketing Manager — responsible for connecting clients, creative teams, and delivery processes to move multi-brand campaigns forward on time, on budget, and with attention to detail.

What You’ll Do
  • Own campaign execution (without doing production): Oversee the process and flow for all campaign assets across social media, digital ads, video for TV/OTT, radio, print, and one-off graphics. Ensure the right people work on the right tasks, on time and on brief.
  • Be the production hub: Coordinate timelines, briefs, and approvals across copywriters, designers, video editors, and media partners to keep deliverables moving.
  • Hold the team accountable: Track responsibilities, deadlines, and quality standards; follow up diplomatically but firmly; escalate when needed.
  • Safeguard quality: Run final proofing and QA checks for accuracy, brand alignment, disclaimers, targeting, and links before client approval and launch.
  • Keep clients informed: Provide proactive status updates, gather feedback/approvals, and ensure clients feel in the loop.
  • Oversee reporting: Coordinate with the analytics team to ensure timely, accurate reports aligned to KPIs.
  • Improve the process: Identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, and enhance checklists to improve speed and quality across channels.
You’ll Work Closely With
  • Lead Director of Marketing (direct manager)
  • External partners and client stakeholders across multiple brands/branches
  • AMG Clients — you will be the front person for client interaction
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of agency or in-house project management or account management experience in marketing or creative production
  • Proven success running multi-brand, multi-asset campaigns with many dependencies
  • Strong command of Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Suite; comfortable with proofing tools and QA checklists
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident, diplomatic follow-ups that keep work moving
  • High attention to detail, strong prioritization, and calm under deadlines
  • Process mindset: experience creating order, documenting SOPs, and improving throughput
  • Remote, reliable internet, and ability to join meetings with camera on
  • 40 hours per week, full 8-hour daily shifts aligned to USA time zones (8-5)
  • Availability for urgent launch windows and end-of-month deadlines as needed
