Roles and Responsibilities:

The role holder will support the implementation of marketing planning and executing effective sector-specific campaigns and supporting with business objectives. You will be a part of a creative and forward thinking marketing team, reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain client relationships and promote the firm’s brand identity.
- Implement marketing campaigns and measure effectiveness against business objectives, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.

- Support campaign execution including campaign creation architecture, lead management, target list creation, and segmentation, and QA for campaigns, workflows, and data issues.
- Work closely with other GTM Operations teams to maintain the integrity of customer and prospect data by ensuring data cleansing, de-duping, and enrichment programs and processes are implemented and managed.
- Create documentation, training materials, and enablement presentations, as well as train GTM teams when needed.

Key Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing campaigns in marketing technology systems at fast-paced B2B organizations.
- Advanced experience in marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) and Salesforce – building sophisticated operations at scale.
- Strong understanding of integrated B2B marketing, account-based marketing, product-led growth, marketing technology ecosystems and data infrastructure.
