- Monitor attendance of all staff;
- Ensure all workers are wearing the correct PPE;
- Administer leave for all employees in the shift;
- Responsible for all Forward Planning;
- Ensure that Training, Performance management, and succession planning of the TES Supervisors are in place;
- Compile Daily complement report and send to ADFusion Shift Manager;
- Ensure all toolbox tasks are completed before the shift starts;
- Ensure the shift runs well and queries are dealt with timeously in liaison with ADfusion Shift Manager; ensure that process compliance is checked;
- Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are adhered to;
- Ensure Housekeeping is done at the end of each shift;
- Ensure Cycle count is accurately done on each shift;
- Ensure registers are completed every day for every shift;
- Ensure that staff admin is accurate;
- Ensure employees are paid the correct rates;
- Monitor the Clock in the Report;
- Manage Overtime worked and scheduled;
- Manage Incentives;
- Provide daily feedback to the Client;
- Attend daily planning meetings with the client;
- Provide feedback on training;

Supply Chain Analyst required for an automotive company based in East London
Purpose:
To provide critical support for the Supply Chain & Operations functions by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on key data and processes.
The Supply Chain Analyst is also responsible for gathering data, analyzing trends and reporting the performance for various activities in the SCM department.
Requirements:
- Minimum tertiary qualification / technical diploma and/or specific training in Supply Chain Management. Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience within field of expertise
- Knowledge and working experience with QAD or MFG Pro is beneficial
- Previous supervisory experience advantageous
- Must possess excellent communications skills and can work effectively with all other functional groups throughout the organization.
- Accurate Document Control
- Able to process time sensitive information and orders to meet deadlines
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals and generate presentations when required
- The person will need to have excellent analytical skills in order to problem solve and implement permanent corrective action.

Responsibilities:

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Clients Contract Logistics operations. This includes the managing and ordering of inventory, forecasting, coordinating the movement of goods from Client to Region, management and monitoring of overall stock accuracy as well as Vehicle stock accuracy, handling shipping and receiving, overseeing monthly and quarterly Audits, Weekly and Monthly Reporting requirements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant processes, governance, regulations, standards, and risk mitigation. The Logistics Manager will work closely with Internal Regional teams as well as other departments, such as Operations County Leads, Materials Management, and Procurement, to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Tertiary Education:

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Proficient with logistics software and systems.
