Must-Have Experience
- 2–5+ years in road transport (sales and/or operations): shipper sales, transport sales, or operator roles;.

Strategy Execution
- Work in conjunction with the Regional Operations Manager to co-create the regional operations strategy, based on a 1-to-3-year view of requirements.
- Work closely with the rest of the business to ensure the delivery of an integrated supply chain benefit and strategic target achievement.
- Drive the implementation of improvements in operating processes and systems to optimise warehouse and transport efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities :
Transportation Management
- Coordinate the movement of bulk cement from the port to warehouse locations.
- Manage company-owned tankers and liaise with third-party transport providers for deliveries and collections.
- Schedule and monitor the dispatch of cement and finished goods (bricks and blocks) to customers and internal
sites.
Warehouse & Inventory Coordination
Logistics Planning & Reporting
Supplier & Transporter Liaison
Compliance & Risk Management
Minimum Requirements :
Work Environment & Travel :
Primarily based at the Inca Concrete Products.
Regular site visits to other warehouses and the debagging station.
Occasional travel to transporters’ depots and customer sites as needed.
