About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior CRM Executive to join our central CRM team. You will lead customer marketing campaigns—primarily via email—to drive retention, engagement, and sales. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you'll work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to build and deliver targeted campaigns and e-newsletters.

Main Responsibilities
  • Build and deploy high-quality tactical marketing email campaigns to drive bookings from repeat customers and convert prospects, using smart rules or workflows
  • Implement a rapid-pace test-and-learn plan to continually improve email performance, including A/B testing strategies for subject lines, calls-to-action, and design
  • Work closely with the regional teams to manage and deliver major campaigns across different marketing channels, meeting Le Boat trading needs
  • Track and report on campaign performance, working with the analytics team, and share reporting across the business, making recommendations to continuously improve results
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to identify in-year growth opportunities at a customer segment level and collaborate to plan, develop, and deliver initiatives
  • Ensure that the customer receives a seamless journey from initial contact through to retention, irrespective of the channel
  • Ensure emails are in line with QA processes, undergo comprehensive testing, comply with legal regulations, and follow standard processes
  • Manage and deliver retargeting campaigns to re-engage contacts with low recency of email engagement through targeted digital activities
People

Reports into the Head of CRM. The CRM Team currently includes a Head of CRM, a CRM Manager, a Database Manager, and a Senior Data and Insight Executive.

Collaborate with multiple teams including regional Marketing teams, regional sales teams, Ecommerce, Studio, Finance, IT, Analytics, and Insights to achieve objectives. Foster positive relationships and exchange ideas and standard methodologies with Regional teams, marketing, and sales teams.

What we are looking for:
  • A digital email marketing specialist with a demonstrated ability in a global organization
  • Good knowledge and experience of leading and managing email campaigns as well as automated customer journeys and programmatic campaigns
  • Experience of E2E email/digital campaigns including building campaigns and crafting workflows in CRM/digital platforms
  • Experience in crafting standard process creative campaigns and attention to creative detail
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills – the ability to understand and interpret data to optimize campaign targeting and personalization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to challenge and positively influence others
  • Self-starter, innovative, with the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Experience of building campaigns in HubSpot
  • Experience of HTML coding is an advantage

  • You are an existing CRM or digital marketing executive/specialist
  • You place the customer at the heart of everything you do and have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
  • You have creative flair but also approach data-driven work behaviors to target the right proposition to the right customer

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and using digital tools for lead generation.
  • Possession of a fast and responsive laptop.

Job brief (Lead Generation)
We are looking for enthusiastic and easy to understand telemarketers to generate sales EOI’s or live transfers by cold calling Australian households. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers within the realm of Private Health Insurance, General Insurance, Finance, Superannuation and more.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. They must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

The ideal candidate will be able to overcome objections, answer questions, know when to close whilst maintaining professionalism and being consistently likeable. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Requirements and skills

  • Cold calling people using a given phone directory to sell products and promote services.
  • Using scripts to provide information about product features, prices, etc., and present their benefits.
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.

Working hours: 01:00 am – 10:00 am (night shift), Monday – Friday.

Salary: R 40 per productive hour, shift and travel allowance provided, and incentives.

Will be office based: Newspaper House, 122 St Georges Mall, Cape Town city center, 7925, 2nd floor.

This is an excellent opportunity to represent our fast-growing company as a Business Development Representative . In this role, you will be expected to work from home, meet with new clients online, and have regular sales performance review meetings with the Marketing Project Manager.

As a Sales Agent, you will be working closely with our Financial Suite Business Development Team, assisting its efforts through Lead Generation .

Role's Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including research, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Research and Market Awareness: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market segments, staying informed about industry trends and competitors
  • Time Management and Persistence: Efficiently manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet and exceed lead generation targets. Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing leads, overcoming objections, and achieving set goals
  • Goal-oriented Approach: Maintain a strong focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team
  • Tech-Savvy and Tools Utilization: Proficiently use CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Reply.io, HubSpot, etc., to perform outbound and inbound sales activities
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics of outbound calls, appointments set, and opportunities created
  • Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Answer incoming calls and emails about sales questions. Research accounts to understand customer needs, perform effective follow-up, and create interest. Interact with prospective clients via phone and email. Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build a strong working and communication relationship with the sales, support, and marketing teams
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management. Provide feedback to ensure continuous data integrity. Update lead and prospect interaction in HubSpot

You will receive training in the following Tools:

  • Reply.io
  • HubSpot
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

You will also gain hands-on experience in Business Development and Lead Generation. This is a chance to become a member of a highly motivated, diverse, and multidisciplinary team, which embraces breakthrough thinking and creates technology that serves people.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • Experience in outbound campaigns and/or Hubspot experience
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and lead generation strategies
  • Positive and energetic calling skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
  • Results-oriented and familiar with working with performance KPIs
  • Proficiency in English is required, and proficiency in French would be highly valued
