The Role
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager who thrives on building relationships and closing opportunities. You’ll focus on growing revenue from existing clients while creating 25–35 new business opportunities weekly through outreach and networking.
This is a target-driven, relationship-focused role with plenty of opportunity for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with high-profile clients
- Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Research market activity and identify new opportunities in the financial services industry
- Create and manage outreach programs to engage clients
- Build a database of 5,000–10,000 contacts monthly using software tools
- Conduct email and call campaigns to prospects and existing clients
- Schedule and lead intro calls with potential clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (designers, copywriters, executives)

How You Day Will Look Like
- Developing and executing a comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Do
- Find and research potential leads across platforms like LinkedIn and beyond
- Reach out to prospects with personalized, effective messaging
- Qualify leads and coordinate calls for our sales team
- Keep our CRM organized and updated
- Work closely with our marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales support
- Comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds and industries
- Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and outreach tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to hit goals without micromanagement
- Experience with cold email or messaging campaigns is a bonus
- A laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
- Internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and upload speed
- 100% remote work setup — we trust you to work where you’re most comfortable
