Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • To act as the “Hub” for candidates and the wider business to provide a high-quality and timely administrative service, in an environment where each interaction matters.
  • Supporting the delivery of recruitment requirements within agreed timelines.
  • Candidate management with regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, including video calls for document verification.
  • All relevant administrative processes to be completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency at all times.
  • Ensuring identity and eligibility to work documents are produced by all candidates and verified prior to making an offer of employment, data entry.
  • Maintaining the recruitment database, ensuring it remains up to date and adheres to GDPR regulations to support periodic auditing for compliance.
  • Probity – Processing background checks such as Adverse Credit, Criminal Checks, and Employment History checks.
  • Building and developing positive and useful relationships with a range of internal stakeholders, including Training, HR Admin, Operational Managers, and other recruitment team members, across South Africa, United Kingdom, and Northern Ireland.
  • End-to-end auditing of internal employee files.
  • Providing regular reports and updates to relevant stakeholders.
