Minimum Requirements :
- Grade 12 / Matric

Key Performance Areas / Tasks :
HR Strategy :
- Assist with developing the Human Resources Management Strategic and operational plans.
Corporate Social Investment :
- Implement social and labour plans.
HR Legislation :
- Translate legislative changes into relevant HR Policies and Practices.
