ComplexityMakes day-to-day decisions within or for a team or department. Works collaboratively with direct reports. Regularly applies expertise in day-to-day activities.
ExperienceIncreasing managerial experience. Sound professional experience. Demonstrates all management responsibilities: create the future; build a team; develop people; manage performance.
CommunicationBuilds strategic partnerships with key decision-makers in customer & partner organizations. Fluent communication skills in both English.
LocationThis role is based in South Africa. We are not able to consider candidates who require relocation.

- Reads blueprints at an intermediate level, analyzes project plans to determine construction requirements, and assigns duties accordingly.
- Operates water systems and performs maintenance tasks; cleans, maintains, and repairs main line sewers, manholes, and laterals; locates, repairs, and maintains water and sewer line breaks and leaks; repairs and installs various water and wastewater appurtenances.
- Performs utility line location marking, activates and terminates water meters, and assists with customer service requests.
- Performs meter testing and fire hydrant flushing.
