JOB PURPOSE:
- Overall management of site operations.
- Maintain production targets for each site and ensure each site operates within prescribed costs budgets. Co-ordinate and control activities of site staff and ensure all work complies with the quality standards as set out in the contract and company policies and procedures.
- Compile and submit claims for contract sites to Contracts Manager.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma (BSc/BEng/BTech - Civil Engineering)
- SACPCMP registration or similar preferable professional registration
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the civil engineering sector (operational experience preferred)
- Strong experience in planning and programming (MS Projects and/or Candy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills

- Experience in managing multiple large-scale projects
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially solid and proven knowledge of MS Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
