Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Jetline team as a Front of Store (FOS) representative. As the face of our store, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
Restock shelves, face products, and maintain visual merchandising standards

Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Senior Certificate (NQF 4).
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar role.
